VERONICA VAZQUEZ - ANGELS RBI COORDINATOR (Part of the MLB - LA Angels Organization)
As a youth non-profit sports agency, Angels RBI takes pride in providing resources and information to our youth to prepare them for the journeys that lie ahead in athletics, academics, and life. Dr. Matthew Cain, as a presenter in our virtual series, contributed to that mission. He is a knowledgeable and very well spoken individual, who was able to connect to our participants and present the information in a manner that was most relevant. Having been an athlete himself, he delicately balances research information and personal experiences to bring the subject matter to life. Dr. Cain presented on the following topics to our Angels RBI participants - purpose of the joint mobility-stability relationship, shoulder health, training for baseball players, and sleep and nutrition strategies.
At Angels RBI we truly are grateful for his participation and hope to be able to host him again in the future. Thank you Dr. Cain.
